What class is best for me?
All of our classes cater to all levels of experience and fitness so it really depends what YOU are wanting to get out of your time with us. If you are new to Pilates and Yoga or seeking more detail and structure for your practice, Yoga Foundations and Pilates basics will deepen your understanding of these forms of movement, providing a safe base for you to explore from. For something more chilled Meditation, Yin Yoga and Yoga Stretch are a fantastic for relaxing and gently opening both mind and body. For more dynamic movement Yoga Flow and Pilates Barre will get you feeling vibrant and sparkly with sweat. To strengthen the body and challenge your capability Yoga Strength, and Power Pilates will expand your practice.
No matter what class you come to, our teachers provide options when moving into more challenging exercises or poses and can give specific individualised options if you are recovering from injury or pregnant. We always encourage you to listen to your body first and take the options that feel best for YOU.Class Descriptions
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable stretchy clothes that enable you full range of movement. No shoes needed and no socks unless they have grippy soles.
What do I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind! You can BYO a water bottle. We are currently limiting prop use and encourage you to bring your own mat. Our mats are available to hire for a $3 cleaning fee.
I am a beginner, where do I start?

Can I bring my children?
Children 12 and older are welcome to participate in our classes so long as they are accompanied by an adult. We do not have creche facilities for younger children. We also run pre/post natal classes twice a week please timetable for bookings.
I am not flexible, should I do yoga?
Yes! Yoga will help you gain significant mobility. With a regular practice you will notice the difference quickly. We all have to start somewhere so if you are particularly tight, we always offer adjustments and props to assist you safely through each movement.
I am recovering from illness or injury, can I come to class?
Absolutely. We do recommend that you seek clearance from your doctor if you are recovering from anything invasive, and be gentle with your body as it heals. The mental benefits will aid you through this process.
I am pregnant, can I come to class?
Yes! We do ask that you seek clearance from your doctor before attending, but mums-to-be are welcome in all our classes. Please be sure to let each teacher know that you are pregnant so that they can offer you safe adjustments and alternatives to poses/movements that you should avoid. As always, we encourage you to listen to your body first.
Do I need to book into classes?
Yes please. For easy booking just download our app on your phone, create a profile and check in to whatever class tickles your fancy! No phone? No problem. Book hereTimetable
Do you have shower facilities?
No. but you are welcome to change/ freshen up in our bathroom.
Can I book a private session?
Absolutely. Go to the drop down menu on our app and select ‘private sessions’ this will show you all available time slots. If you are looking for something outside these times call us on 0456 546 666.
